An enterprise implements CSR counseling enhancement of German OEMs

Background

In the cooperation with German OEM B, the enterprise faced a serious challenge: despite having obtained the customer specific requirements  (CSR) document, customer satisfaction was seriously damaged due to the lack of in-depth understanding and effective implementation of CSR . How to comprehensively identify CSR , interface them with the existing management system, and effectively implement them has become a major challenge.

 

Coaching Ideas

We borrowed the classic “PDCA” idea, starting from the “C-heck” into the current situation, and implemented the coaching through gap analysis, authoritative training, process construction, real-life exercises and final review. This approach ensures effective management and optimization of the entire process from current situation assessment to actual improvement.

  • The consultants are deeply engaged in the German automotive industry and well versed in the CSRof the three major German OEMs, integrating theory and practice.

  • The consultant analyzes and visualizes the CSRs one by one, so that the learning process is no longer “obscure and difficult to understand”.

  • The result of VDA 6.3-2023 P2-P7 process audit carried out in conjunction with the CSR of Client B was upgraded from C grade to B grade at the initial stage.

  • Help the company deeply understand B customer CSR, involving change management, risk analysis, failure analysis, requalification, production process and product approval, spare parts management, etc., covering more than 50 people in 6 departments.

  • Open up the connection between CSR and internal management system, and ensure long-term effective implementation in terms of process and system.

  • Teach a set of CSR management methods.
